Rental Guidelines:
Our limousines require:
3 hour minimum rental plus a 15% driver’s gratuity
$100 non refundable deposit with balance due on date of rental
Gratuity paid directly to driver upon arrival
Valid Credit Card (MUST PROVIDE)
Adult Age 21 or Older to Secure Contract
Absolutely NO SMOKING

- Due to liability concerns, we require the names, addresses and parent’s
permission and contact information of any person under the age of 18 riding
in our limousines without an adult. Our drivers will not deviate from the
itinerary unless approved by the parents once the ride is commenced.
- Limo rental time begins from the point of pickup until the point of delivery.
The only exceptions would be if the pickup is at a distance outside the Tri-
Cities, you can be charged additional hours for travel.
- Overtime must be reported to the office for approval. Your credit card will be
charged any additional overtime at the rate of $90 per hour.
- Limousine runs that require long distances or constant driving may incur an
additional surcharge depending the status of gas prices.
- Items missing from the limo, trash or excessive soiling or damages will be
billed to the customer.
